Ingredients

  • 900 grams Shredded cauliflower
  • 6 spoons butter
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 450 grams pasta
  • 1/4 cup Chopped parsley

Recipe for Cauliflower Alfredo pasta

First, bring a pot of water to boil over medium heat. Wash and chop the cauliflower. Then put the cauliflower flowers in boiling water. Let them boil for 13-15 minutes until a fork can be inserted easily. Then drain the cauliflower.

Place a pan on a very low flame and pour three spoons of butter into it until it melts. Chop onion and garlic and fry them in butter until caramelized (about 10-12 minutes). Transfer the caramelized onion and garlic to the blender. Add cooked cauliflower and milk to it and mix for about 30 seconds until it becomes a smooth puree.

Put the same pan again on low heat and melt another three spoons of butter in it. Add cauliflower puree to it. Sprinkle salt, nutmeg and pepper on it. Stir well and keep it on low heat until the pasta is ready.
