  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin

  • 1 chopped hot green pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2-3 tablespoons sunflower oil

  1. In a bowl, mix chickpea flour with 1/2 cup water until uniform. Gradually add another 1/2 to 1/2 cup to ensure a smooth mixture.
